Most people teaching AI in Hong Kong come from software engineering or academia. I came up somewhere else: years inside startups and technology-led hedge funds, watching AI go from research paper to production system on a deadline. The lessons come out of that.

I'm Austrian, from Vienna originally. I spent years building AI systems across Berlin, Hong Kong, and New York. What I most wanted to spend my days on, in the end, was helping people understand them. So I teach AI full-time now.
The method is straightforward: explain clearly, make something that works, test it, improve it, and pay attention to the judgement behind every decision.

Learning to direct AI
Agentic engineering
Agentic engineering is taught as understanding: how AI makes decisions, where it breaks, and how to direct it carefully.
Focused attention
Small classes only
Two to four students per group, or private 1:1 lessons. Small enough that every student is followed closely each session.
